Alfa-kassan´s customer service includes our website, voice-mail service, as well as personal service by telephone.
You can use our website to request that the relevant forms be sent to you (or you can download them directly) if you wish to join Alfa-kassan or apply to receive a benefit. You can also use the in-built e-mail service to contact us. Select the most appropriate subject of your message from the list on the left-hand side of this page. You can also use the links in this list if you wish to register a change of address or order a new benefit card ("kassakort").
Contact your case worker directly
On the Mina sidor, you can contact your case worker directly. You can also submit your unemployment benefit card (kassakort) and forms using e-identification. Log in to Mina sidor here.
On the Alfaportalen, you can find information about your membership and fees paid in, etc. You log in with your personnummer and four-digit password. Your password can be found on the paying-in form for the membership fee. Log in to Alfaportalen here.
You can always contact our customer service by sending a message to email@example.com. Remember all certificates must be printed off and the originals sent in by post (in an envelope). You cannot scan them and send them by email.
If you have been working abroad and are intending to apply for unemployment benefit from Alfa-kassan, you must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your contact details and state in which country you have been working. It is important that you contact us as soon as you can.

You can speak with our customer service personnel by telephone; ring 0771-55 00 99. Our telephone hours are Mon - Fri 8am - 4pm (the day before a public holiday, we are only open between 8am - 12am).
From 26th of June to 18th of August 2017 the opening hours for our customer service are 8am - 12am and 1pm - 4 pm.
The phone queue to customer service is generally longer on mondays and tuesdays. If you want to avoid long phone queues you can call later in the week. The table below shows what time in the day you should call to have the best chance to quickly get in touch with our customer service.
